The VV1000-T oil-free compressor supplies all the compressed air needed by the long heavy haul trains common to North America, fits into the same space envelope as conventional air compressors that use oil — and is manufactured right here in the USA.

No oil to spill, leak or drain
NYAB’s clean and green air compressor runs without any oil and will last 8 years between overhauls.

An oil-free compressor (OFC) of this size and output is new, with three great strengths – high reliability, minimal maintenance requiring only an annual air filter change, and environmental friendliness with no oil to leak, transport or discard.

Developed with Knorr-Bremse’ Air Supply Group, oil-free compressors use less energy, are optimized for use in cold weather and are safer during operation and maintenance. The only outputs are a little water and a lot of compressed air.
